Yup... I made my own sushi last night. I used yellow fin tuna chili sauce, carrots, cucumber and green beans. I even made the sushi rice. They are right, rolling it tight enough ti cut is the hardest part. But everyone loved it! It tasted really good... but only one of the rolls was pretty. LOL I'll get there though.
